These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Txtly website located at txtly.site (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Txtly.

1. The service

Txtly offers free, browser-based text utilities such as word counters, case converters, formatters and generators. Tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use Txtly to process illegal, harmful, defamatory or copyright-infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or resell the Service.
• Do not scrape the site with automated tools in a way that harms performance for other users.
• You are solely responsible for the text you paste into the tools and any result you copy out.

3. Intellectual property

The Txtly name, logo, design and source code are owned by us. You retain full ownership of any text you input and any output you generate.

4. Third-party services and ads

Txtly may display third-party advertisements (e.g. Google AdSense) and link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third party.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Txtly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will be accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Txtly, its owners or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Txtly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
